You cannot follow your own argument and understand the content of your own message.

That is really a shame!

The argument you brought up was about Dominican Republic doing much better than Haiti and Dominican Republic being an opened society.

I only explained to you why Dominican Republic is doing so much better than Haiti and why Haiti is not an opened society like Dominican Republic.

The argument you brought up was not about Haiti being the poorest country in the western hemisphere.

Everybody knows that Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere including the caveman, all the monkeys in African's jungles, Stanley Lucas, your drunk Preval, and even you.

Go get your brain checked so you can stay focus, remember, and understand the arguments you bring up so you can stay on message.

My response to your message was not about excuses because everyone knows real well that no countries can move forward and progress while under ambargoes and economic sanctions.

These ambargoes and economic sanctions are the reasons why Haiti has become a "welfare" state, a country that is surviving in charity.

I do understand, however, this is way too complicated for you to comprehend because you certainly don't have the brain power for abstract concepts let alone concrete, visible, and facts analysis.
