Typical of Haitian when corned they will play the race card from the bottom of the deck. Enough, we need to take full responsibility for our failure and demise only then can we move forward.

1.For this to happen we can either have the UN take Haiti under full control for the next 20 years

or

2.We can elect or be imposed a very capable charismatic Leader that can heal old wound, that can unite Haitian under a common cause, that can create legislation to help build a better just and safe Haiti without corruption.

ie (strict environmental law, family planning, fair taxation)

Tibo, Tiba,Lakou et Al I maintain that you people, should research any position that you feel strongly about if you plan to make comparative and balance judgments.
