THE REASON THAT MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT IT WILL HELP TO HAVE HAITIAN THAT WAS IN US. OR OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES, IS LEADERSHIP.

I BELIEVE THERE LOTS OF CORRUPTIONS IN THE FORCE POLICE IN HAITI, MAINNING THE OFFICERS ARE EASILY TO DO THINGS THAT AFFECT THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANY LITTLE AMOUNT OF MONEY, AND NOT THE JUST THE POLICES, BUT PEOPLE IN HAITI PERIOD.

THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST ABOU THE MONEY.THEY WILL KILL AND DESTROYE THEY WILL MOTHER, WIFE, KIDS FOR MONEY.

RAUL CEDRASE WAS NOT THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF HAITI.

HE WAS ONLY PART OF THE COUP-DETAT.

HAITI NEEDS PEOLPE THAT IS NOT ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY BUT CARES FOR WAYS THINGS ARE IN HAITI.
