Can someone with a half of brain please help me to understand this off the wall argument?

Preval and his drunk, brain dead, evil bunch claimed that Haiti was too poor to buy 125,000 tents to protect the earthquake victims from rain and the hot sun. Majority of the victims, uptil this very moment as we speak are still being exposed to rain, snow, hail, tornadoes, lightnings, flood, and the Haitian's robust hot sun.

Nevertheless, they are able to manage to come up with millions of dollars to waste in mascarade elections that could turn into another bloody momemnt in Haiti without mentioning elections frauds and irregularities as usual wich would fulfill the master's dream once again to use as the biggest excuse of the century not to invest in Haiti.

And, this is exactly Ptreval's plan.

How malicious, cruel, and evil are these bastards so-called government, leaders?

On February 7, 2011 Preval should get his sorry incompetence out and have a coalition government in place with the sole mission to organize elections in November 2011, or I am calling on France to take over the governance of the country on February 7, 2011 until they figure out what to do in order to move forward.

Elections are just not possible this year, period!
