1) what system do you keep referring to?

2) we need change in the system by building roads, electricity, who are "we" are you referring to to build these things?

If you are referring to the people, I would then suggest that you set the example by closing your bank account(s) and use that money to build roads, electricity and the rest will follow you.

It seems to me you don't know the functions of citizens and the function of government.

Road and electricity are government's projects but the government can hire citizens competent, skilled, and experienced to do the job.

3) contrary to you belief, Haiti is a "one man" show which is the president.

4) who the hell is Saidel Clarel?

Is he the other president of Haiti?
