The fact of the matter is P-A-P will never be rebuilt, not now, not tomorrow, not ever let alone Haiti.

Incompetence and mediocrity, brainless and deranged cannot rebuild a city let alone a country.

Preval and his crack heads mercenaries bunch fit these descriptions very well.

As far as I am concerned the caveman or a monkey doing flip-flapping on the trees of African jungles can do a far better job running/governing Haiti than Preval ever could.

Preval and his restavek bunch are so dumb and intellectually bankrupt, they clap/applaud every time they are being accused of incompetence and mediocrity because they take it as compliments.
