Rene Preval's effort to destroy the 1987's constitution.

Preval consistently ignores the will of the Haitian majority to have a constitution stipulating their wills.

He attempts to have the existing chamber of deputies-senate for his NEW document that would effectively give Preval Total CONTROL of the Nation.

Preval paid for the support of the present parliament.

Anything Preval does is for personal gain. Preval is about to leave office.

Many of his partners are fearful of what might happened to them when the majority got hold of them.
