Why does The International Community demand Election in Haiti?

The answer is because they are not sincere in claiming to help to rebuild Haiti.

If the sincerity of the international community were complete, it would put Haiti under the "protectorate".

Because they all know that the Haitian people can not manage this situation.

Since the departure of Duvalier in 1986, Haiti has no viable institution.

There are all hypocrites.
