Haiti will play in Group D alongside France, Japan and Nigeria, while the USA find themselves in Group E that includes Belgium, Tajikistan and Tunisia.
Group F has Trinidad & Tobago competing against Colombia, Germany and Ghana.
FIFA Vice-President, Jack Warner, CONCACAF President and Chairman of the Organising Committee for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, presided over the draw ceremony held at the Grand Ballroom in the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
In all, 24 teams were drawn into six groups of four teams for the tournament in Canada.
The top two teams in each group, plus the four best third-place teams, advance to the knockout stage.
