Louvain, I knew that Duvalier had created the Brown Elite of those middleast people in Haiti, but I did not have a reliable source to prove it. Thank you for bringing that light.

I am going to purchase that book written by Aaron Segal to educate myself more about Haitian politics.

Good job! Continue to educate Haitians so they can understand their history.

The old mulatto aristocracy is not the result of the political and economic failures in Haiti, but the Brown Skinned Elite as represented by Mews, Saliba, Castera, Brown, Beaussan, Baker, Delatour, Biggio and Accra to name a few is responsible for making Haiti the poorest country on earth.

As you state it they are still managing Duvalier's wealth and business shares in Haiti.

They should leave and they would leave Haiti soon if they try to collude with the rebuilding process.

Shame on the Brown elite people!
