Haiti needs change on its policy, I left it for corruption, chaos on the admistration since years and years.

the earthquake, try to find a new horizon.
First, we need someone who can act as a man with class, second, the Congress must be elimanated, no one can't be elected if the person can prepare a fiscal budget for the department.
In general, Haiti must be ready to accept new ideas from diverse organizations.
Preval must step down, he has nothing
to offer, he has no challenge.
Haiti needs young minds.
