That is why you have a scanty vocabulary.

Your writing reflect your chaotic and frivolous state of mind. You are a time-bomb ready to go off at any moment.

I sincerely hope that your wife will be admitted to a nursing home such as Cardinal Cook in Manhattan.

I promise you that I will visit her for you after doctor Feel Bad decide to admit you in a secure structured institution.

And, your daughter will be married with one of the Mews' son before you go off. She will become a nouveau riche.
