haven't you realized that the so-called leaders in Haiti, be it Preval, The little Monkey before him, the "Parlement" and most of the "Cadres" in Haiti totally reject this?

In my humble opinion,.

here's why: Your incompetent president is a moron who is unable to see past a bottle of Clarin (anything that takes his focus from that is considered to be trivial or banal.

Your "Parlement" consists of mostly third graders making decisions for a state that is in complete disarray right now (earthquake, deforestation, erosion, health epidemics, unsustainable foodstuff importation (God forbid normal relations are ever re-established with Cuba....ship owners would have no reason to go to Haiti and make a round-trip every 20 days, when they could make at least 2 trips per week to Cuba. More trips, more money!).

The little "Entrepreneurs" are making money bluffing their way through their incompetencies and ripping off the general populace.

If you are coming from the U.S., Canada, or Europe and have knowledge and a degree, you are dangerous to their social, financial, and in some cases, marital bliss, Therefore, the designation; DIASPORA.

The definition in this context is; Outsider...not to be trusted...may not be as corrupt as us...too ethical...will not swallow our elementary B.S...and more!

As for the general population: "Mon Dieu Bon!" That's cool. But, they are like moths attracted by the light bulb. If you try to infuse too much common sense too quickly, YOU may be burned!

THE ANSWER (in my humble opinion): Let's stop the money transfers until something gives! and give it will. Remember 1994?

All the putschist support fizzled the moment Bill Clinton imposed a ban on all money transfers.

This time, especially after "112", let's do it voluntarily for a better future for Haiti!
