Next things that could be done

Government siege

Move all of the Government offices back to Marchant/Dessalines like National Palace, Ministeries, Parlements, all of the government offices etc....

due to informations about a possible earthquake & sysmics problems in the years to come that may hit Port-au-Prince again and other regions of the country.

The Puerto Rico Trench - one of the deepest in the world at 27,355 feet - is a 560-mile-long underwater canyon and fault line parallel to the island territory of the United States and eastern Lesser

Caribbean islands.

Seismic tension in Puerto Rico, Hispaniola and Cayman trenches ringing the strength of the Caribbean tectonic plates to sink under one another as they collide, producing earthquakes, underwater

landslides or tsunamis.

A tsunami is a series of waves formed by a disturbance of sea level over a short period of time, like an earthquake, volcanic eruption underwater or coastal landslide.

In the deep and open ocean, the waves can travel up to 600 mph, but no more than 2 feet tall, making them insensitive to the human eye.

The last fatal tsunami occurred here in 1946 when an earthquake of magnitude 8.1 in the pit Hispaniola unleashed waves killed some 1,700 estimated in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, ten Brink said.

Major earthquakes erupt about every 50 years in the Caribbean, a region where even minor natural disasters can kill thousands cause of environmental degradation, poor quality construction and the many people who live in coastal or low lying islands.

The Caribbean has an effective hurricane warning and a number of tide gauges to measure the height of the sea, but it lacks a centralized system to alert all islands to a tsunami.

The United States uses a system called Deep-ocean Assessment and Reporting of Tsunamis, or DART, pressure recorders anchored to the seabed to detect tsunamis of less than one-half inch in height.

A link transmits data to a buoy relays information to alert centers via satellite.

Government siege (suite)

Also in the State Administration

Every State Adminitration in every department of Haiti should be Computerised and interconnect with a PBX Systems for every office like (Birth Certificate, Passport, Government Identification) to know how many new born & death registered daily, monthly & yearly etc....

to stop fraudulous document or fake ID (It's another source of corruption in the country, time for change

Sysmology & Weather

Weather:

Improve the weather station in Haiti to provide informations about the temperature/weather for every town/City in Haiti via Radio & TV.

Sysmology:

Build a sysmology school in Haiti to train young Haitian about earthquake & other sysmics situations to all over the world.

Transportation:

Seaport

in Port-de-Paix, area either on the East side or the West side of Port-de-Paix to allow not only Commercial Ship to be docked but Tourists Cruseline also included) If pictures needed I'll provide at anytime)

Airport:

A Caribbean international airport type in Port-dePaix can be located in the West Side anywhere between Port-de-Paix & Jean Rabel, due to hundred thousands haitians from this regions and abroad living in USA Canada and the Bahamas, so they can get landed easily also for security purpose.

Constructions

Bridges:

An important bridge can be build on 3 Rivers (Three Rivieres) to interconnect Est side and West side of the department of NorthWest of Haiti.

Roads Constructions and Asphalting every single road of the country & in the countryside such as The Northwestern department of Haiti

Roads constructions and asphalting from Gonaives to Port-de-Paix up to Anse-A-Foleur to reach Limbe then From Port-de-Paix to Jean-Rabel, Mole St Nicolas, Bombardopolis, Baie-de-Henne to Anse-Rouge and Gonaives This is to interconnect these three (3) departments of Haiti: NorthWest, North & Artibonite.

Health:

Building, fixing and improving hospitals, health clinics to every town in Haiti (making sure that everyone can have access to a health care facility near by).

Providing medical equipments and medicines.

E.M.T.

Emergency Medical Training to every main town in Haiti, like: Port-de-Paix, Cap-Haitian, Fort-Liberte, Gonaives, St Marc, Port-au-Prince, Hinche, Jacmel, Miragoane, Jeremie, Cayes, Jacmel

Fire station

Install fire station in each city/town of Haiti Small city at least one (1) and the biggest at least (3)three.

Main town at least (5) five. It's very important to do so, in case of fire so we don't have more victims.

Banking

Modernise and upgrade the banking system in every main town in Haiti and add a branch to every (Arrondissment) 2nd class town in Haiti, also for anyone that have a bank account can be qualified for a Credit card or a prepaid one in every town/City in the country.

Postal Services

Maintain and reinforce the postal service, It's important this is part of the government affair

Education:

Building, fixing and improving schools (Have at least one major university in every department with many branches of degrees and studies that can hold FIVE TO TEN THOUSANDS STUDENTS.

It grieves and angers sometimes to hear how Haitian students are been treated in the next door. It is time for Haiti to have schools that can educate students from other countries.).

English Teaching to every student in high School in Haiti but the teachers must speak English very well not as some bogous english teachers that are teaching english we have today in our high school & that can even communicate in English also Help every illiterate Haitian learn how to read and write creole which is the main language spoken in countrywide

Public Library: Every city/town in every department MUST HAVE a public library with internet connection access.

Needed branches of US & other international Universities in this NorthWest region & elsewhere in Haiti with nice & secured Campuses

Trade school in every major cities in Haiti like: Port-de-Paix, Cap-Haitian, Fort-Liberte, Gonaives, St Marc, Port-au-Prince, Hinche, Jacmel, Miragoane, Jeremie, Cayes, Jacmel

3 major Films, professional music schools and entertainment, in the country one (1) in Port-au-Prince area, one (1) in the Northern area & one (1) in the Southern area.

Security

Civics Services

Every young Haitians must be trained into the Civic social services, Professionalise the police force so then they can stop beating, shuting down and killing citizens for no reasons.

Environment:

Reforestation of Haiti.

Due to the making of charcole, many trees have been cut down. It is time to GREEN Haiti again with trees.

There are many safe and better way to cook without using charcols.

There are many inexpansive stove system that can be used in Haiti which the people can use solar stove when it comes to cooks.

Agriculture:

Helping the Haitian farmers with tools, seed and irrigation for their farms for example in The North West of Haiti they can use three rivers (3 rivieres) from Bassin-Bleu to irrigate all of the westernside of this department just rebuild the agricultural sector than can provide food in months to everyone in the countrywide (study was made from 1994 to 1995 during the return of Democracy in Haiti

Productivity:

Bring Major companies in the Haiti that will open factories throughout the country not only in Port-au-Prince which will help with providing descent paying jobs that can help Haiti back to life. These are the kind of jobs for the people in Haiti

Water:

Helping to bring running water from rivers to irrigate everywhere in Haiti to provide foods to Haitians & elsewhere in the world where people are dying of hungry.

Also drinking water in every location in our 10 departments, 41 Cities (arrondisments) 133 towns 576 communal sections in Haiti countrywide.

Alternative Energy:

Due to so many rivers that we have in the island it's imperative to use our water ressouces to provide electricity with Hydro by Making sure that every city, town and village in Haiti has electricity the best and easiest way, the reason why is Hydro-Electric because we have too many rivers in Haiti that are falling into the Ocean which are useless

Example:

Hydro-Electric systems for Northwest of Haiti

Three rivers(3 rivieres, Port-de-Paix) can produce up to 20 Megawatts, Riviere des Barre (St Louis du Nord) upto 78 Megawatts, River of Anse-a-Foleur upto 15 Megawatts, Small river of Chansolme upto 15 megawatts etc

Wind Energy systems can produce up to:

50 Megawatts in Ile france (la Presqu'ile) Mole St Nicolas,

Upto 30 Megawatts in Donkey Mountains (Morne Bourrique) Jean-Rabel

Upto (maybe more)20 Megawwats in windy mountain(Morne-Vent) Anse-a-Foleur

From 10 to 30 Megawatts in Line Head(Tete de ligne) in Tortuga Island (Ile de la Tortue)maybe more depend of the season..

(Source from the Department of Agricultural office of NorthWest, Port-de-Paix, Haiti )

Natural resources

Haiti has a lot of natural resources stayed unknown due to lack informations, thanks to technology, the truth come out, such as bauxite, copper, calcium carbonate, gold, marble, hydropower, Oils etc....should be used to create job and bring money to rebuild Haiti

Communications

Phones:

Helping & improving the Telecommunication infrastructure in Haiti to be just like any country in the world.

Either Cellular phone or Voip due to Haiti Poverty should not be luxuous. What about Haiti DID Number?

Cellular Phone should not be luxuous in Haiti where people are not working and paying by the minutes it should be unlimited talking and texting, the citizen of Haiti can't afford of paying per minutes for phone call. (time for change in Haiti) It is another source of instability in the country.

It should be resolved ASAP

VOIP Conatel (National Council of Telecommunications) should provide a Haiti DID elsewhere in the world so people can communicate with family members vice versa, There are still plenty of lines available from Haiti Numbers 4 to 8 are still empty example now we have (509)22 00 -00 00, (509)36 00-00 00 we could have also 46 00-00 00 (509)51 00 - 00 00 up to 84-------- because numbers after the area code509 which are 2, 3 and 9 are in use so they can use others for DID like after the area Code (509) they can use 4, 5, 6. 7. 8

Also Conatel must be strong to let every phone company in the country to interconnect to each other to facilitate communications between them

Internet Access

High Speed Wireless Internet should be the easiest way to get everyone connected even in the countryside to get access to it, otherwise it'll be staying luxuous, that would be done ASAP.

Printing Press:

Placing a major Printing press in every department. This is must be doneby the government to facilitate the decentralization according to the Haitian constitution of 1987

Diaspora.

The Haitian Diaspora must be able to vote, to participate in the political system in Haiti, They don't suppose to keep on sending Money for everything in the country then they support isto stay away from the development of their home country. They have knowledge maybe more than some in politic in Haiti, not only in politics but in every aspect in the country then we will have the " Nouvelle Haiti"which will be Kiskeya (Quiskeya)

These are my propositions.

It will be a great blessing and honor to see this plan to become a reality in very department of Haiti. One of the problems that I see in Haiti is that everything seems to stay in Port-au-Prince, they not follow the rules of the Haitian Constitution.

As a result whenever there is a political problem in Port-au-Prince, the whole country become somehow paralized.

The way to help with those problems is to make sure that every provinces(City/Town) has some things that way everyone does not just depend upon Port-au-Prince.

So, what I'd like to ask is for EVERY ONE OF THE TEN PROVINCES/DEPARTMENTS WITH those things on it: Transportation, Communications, Health, Education, Environment, Water, and Energy in. There are some departments that don't have a Real Seaport like Nord-Ouest, some needs water, some need, well you know. So, make sure they work on those.

Have a plans for every department.

I must say this. This is very important.

This is can rebuild and DEVELOPING Haiti within Years.

This is to help put Haiti in touch and contact with other countries without feeling shame.

So everything that will be built will have to meet three criterias that I am proposing

Here they are:

A)

Big/Great: Whatever that will be built must be built with the helping of the public in mind. So we are not talking about private things.

Whatever that will be built must be built so it can assist or be utilized by as many as people, not just a few.

B)

Strong/Solid: Whatever that will be built must be STRONG AND SOLID.

I would not want things to be build today and once a Hurricane or Earthquake come it's destroyed. So, the architects who will be working on those plans needs to keep that in mind. For example one boat destroyed the (Warf) Harbor in Port-de-Paix in about 80' ago we never have it back. It's just very sad. So, I wouln't WANT THAT TO HAPPEN AGAIN.

C)

Presentable: Whatever that will be built must be BEAUTIFUL.

We have to be able to bring people to Haiti and feel proud about the beauty of the things that we have. Things that God has blessed with. So, those who will be working on the plans will have to keep those things in mind

We, in the North West of Haiti are about one hour away from Nassau Bahamas and one hour an Half from Miami, Florida USA, Nothing is impossible.

Let's try and see, Things can be done.

This is a VERY SERIOUS & IMPORTANT ISSUE on How to Rebuild Haiti.

I can be contacted at anytime by anyone about this proposition! I'm not a politician, I'm not a candidate I'm just a born citizen of Haiti
