I am not Christian anymore, but I still carry my previous Christian faith with me. In my fight to liberate Haiti I am trying to motivate my group to avoid any bloodshed.

In the days ahead I will submit my plan to the United Nations for a middleground decision as you argue it in your posting.

In any fight there will be a loser and a winner, but I would like both sides to find a middle ground solution to come up to a win/win situation.

Mulattoes fear of change and the statu quo is not acceptable.

There are good mulattoes in Haiti and not all mulattoes are crooks.

The mulatto merchants are the ones to fear. I understand what it takes to be a mulatto, but racism from this group creates fear for them. If they had mingled with Haitians and intermarried that fear should not exist.

I was studying French at the French institute and I was very bright in my class during that time. I had a mulatto woman that admired me so much but she told me straight that she could not have any serious relationship with me for she could get killed by her parents and no one in her family would accept me as a dark skin person.

In this case, you can understand mulattoes are not Haitians and they do not like blacks in a black nation.

Can you understand it?

It is pure racism.

If this is the case they can go live on the other side of the border to live along with 73% of Dominican mulattoes, 11% Indian mestizos, 5% of Whites and 11% of lighter and darker skin Haitians.

They like Haiti for the money they are able to earn, but they do not like Haiti for their own country to develop.

They do not care about Haitians being humiliated overseas and all they want is to enrich themselves and leave Haitians live as animals and ignorants.

Now, how can you reconcile both ethnic groups that had ancestors that fought together to liberate this country?

Petion and Rigaud joined Dessalines and not Louverture through a conjectural alliance to eradicate the French colonists and become the new masters of St-Domingue.

It was not a free alliance, but it was conjectural.

If Napoleon Bonaparte agreed to give citizenship to mulattoes there would be no such conjectural alliance between Petion, Rigaud, Laveaux with Dessalines.

Mulattoes were slaveowners like the French colonists and they had economic, social rights, but they did not have political rights like the French colonists due to the fact they were denied citizenship rights.

It was the mistake of Napoleon Bonaparte that created that forged alliance between the mulattoes and the black leaders in the liberation fight to liberate Haiti.

Mulatto merchants are very racists and they are the ones that created those differences between dark skin people and them and for their children as well. This is not the kind of Haiti that I intend to live and both ethnic groups should coexist and live in peace.

They should mingle, intermarry and enjoy life, prosperity and the pursuit of happiness.

Mulattoes would not have to drive in tinted window cars and they would not have to enter the public buildings by the back doors and be seen by only light skin security officers when they take off their cars. If they were doing the right thing they would not be in a such position.

I believe one thing shocked you a lot in my plan and it is the termination of all public employees to remove all the mulattoes as directors, administrators and other executive positions and that will be done. Mulatto families hijacked the Haitian public administration at higher executive level positions.

To liberate Haiti, we must start from the scratch and we will fire all and rehire competent and qualified Haitians to do the jobs under a new Haitian administration.

I will not kill, but I will opt for reforms with no bloodshed for effective leadership to occur in Haiti.

The statu quo is unaceptable and I will revive the peasants' economy and it is part of my blueprint plan. I do not want to be president and I want to play the intermediare role in implementing those reforms, for we must save Haiti.

Again, I am not for the massacre of mulattoes, but I need race reconciliation and the Haitian economy should be opened to foreign investments for more competition and better services and the Haitian oligarchal monopoly must come to an end. I will send a petition in the days ahead in Haiti and in the Haitian Diaspora for a collection of signatures for my blueprint plan for Haiti before I will submit it to the UN and the U.S. Department as well. Haiti should not die and all Haitians should be proud for being Haitians...
