But I would like to ask you how can we talk about putting satellite in lunar orbit while your country can not ever organize its own election without the help of the international community?

You seem ignore that Haiti is actually the unique country in the world that need the money from the UN and OEA to organize elections.

You seem ignore that for about 20 years the international community has to give more than 50% to Haiti for making elections.

Another question: What have we done with these elections paid by the international community?

Then, that is for why I said and maintained that Haiti does not need election since it has no logistical and economic mean for this. As I said, Haiti has two options: Either it call for the white people for governing the country or Preval stay as president until Haiti become a country like any other one in the world.
