The best head of state are lawyers and or political scientist.This guy look like a Papa Doc part II especially with his background in the U.S. military.

Plateau Central has been the focus of American interest for several years.

They send Sociologists, Anthropologists,Political Scientists, Economists to live there.

I know some of them. Some shady Haitian who are connected to this network are now collecting monies in the U.S. under the name of dubious organizations.Some of them told me that their objectives is to hep themselves first.

That means very little of what is collecting reach the intended destination.They using the internet to collect monies.They have their accomplices in Haiti that send pictures and testimonies that money are received from the organization where as in reality it is not true. I find out all those people are interconnected.

As a matter of fact the U.S. plan to build the Capital of Haiti in Plateau Central and that was in the agenda before the earthquake! What is going on!
Pay special attention to anyone that have a background with plateau Central.Some are white and speaks creole very well. Those monkeys have another trick they want to pull on Haiti.

Watch them closely, investigates them.
