I agree with your idea but hand money to trusted family or friends are you serious?

if we travel that avenue than we wouldn't have away to track it than how would you know how much is sent to Haiti?

Let's take your Idea and have the Haitian government create a wire transfer bank or we use a Haitian government bank than we are in business young blood.You are right all the fee they charge would equal another billion.

The Haitian diaspora does have lot's of power but our government don't know how to use it to their advantage.
