Mr. Lucas you are bathing in contradiction.

How do you protect Haiti's sovereignty while suggesting Preval beg the international donors for funds from left to right knowing the XXXID already made it clear they no longer intend to pour money in Haitian government coffers without any direct tutelage?

The US embassy is already taking applications for student visa; the Americans really do not need President Preval's advice nor any request from him at that level.

It would be easier if you just pick one area of expertise and dwell on it. You are all over the place but nobody knows everything.

When it comes to recovering stolen money, you are making the assumptions the Haitian stole funds without any foreign accomplices.

You are wrong.

If you want to recover funds you would have to go back to the Tiresias Simon Sam years because our own grand-parents may have been involved in the stealing as well...do not just target the duvaliers...go way back and see for yourself.
