I can't mull over your mentality
Duvalier did zilch for our society
I've lived in the realm for 26 years
The command brought panic and tears

President Preval can't use their strategy
Their history is the motive of our misery
Of course there was power 24 hours a day
The government felt contented in its play

Millions of dollars were there for private use
No citizen could dare chatting about the abuse
The whole situation remained a total mess
The elite practiced nothing than selfishness

Duvalier is accountable for the actual situation
Twenty nine years on power without election
No roads and no constructions whatsoever
Most Haitians were living in hollow hunger

Talking about that government is just tactless
These people should stay away from our universe
They have no business at all in our development
Learn for once how to come up with good judgment

Your outlooks need to be adjusted for God sake
You are unable to notice wicked issues or mistake
Most Haitians fall under that low category
It's painful thinking that way of our Haiti

Today, we're moving in the right direction
After years, we finally have a free nation
Each Haitian can say whatever he/she thinks
Freedom of speech is here to blink

Jean Claude left Haiti with 800 millions dollars
The middle class, unable to drive the worst cars
Most people in the suburb don't have a bathroom
Fifteen individuals were sleeping in one bedroom

Preval and Aristide have done more for Haiti
The Duvalier have destroyed the entire country
The regime does not leave for us any good memory
People like you who miss them are just crazy

For your own knowledge and information
Duvalier built no highway for our nation
Once again, the roads were a gift from France
Your understanding doesn't match our existence
