Nongovernmental diplomacy

It is normal that head of states spend time and money to strenhnten their diplomatic net. They need it and must continue to nurture it. I believe that President Preval is doing excellently as far as that is concerned.

However, I wish to propose an extradiplomatic appraoch which should help substanciate more dynamic results towards our quest for natinal development.

There need to be some high level 'NONGOVERNMENTAL DIPLOMACY"COMING OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE IN HAITI.

President Preval doest not need to always travel to meet heads of state, but some times to meet heads of corporations, the superheads of world economics like "Bilgate" Oprah WenfRey" SOME GREAT BLACK ACTORS IN HOLLYWOOD.

Sometime ago the president of China visited the UNITED STATES, his first visit was to "Bilgate" not George Bush. He visited GBUSH, BUT HIS FIRST TARGET WAS "BILGATE" TO ME THIS SPOKE OF HIS EXTENDED DIPLOMATIC INSIGHT.

I see much diplomatic zeal in my Preval and hope he will capitalize on this idea.

I love President Preval
