France: Only Fifteen Percent Of Haitians Speak French

It is a shame after 206 years of Haiti's independence that only 15% of Haitians are able to speak French as compared to all other French countries around the world where their populations have a percentage more than 70%.
To be considered a French country that country must have 70% of its population that speak French.
Therefore, Haiti is a Creole country and not a French country...
