Here we go again! do you really have a comprehension problem or do you choose to avoid the content of my post?

Like I said in my post, yes there is a problem of understanding the accent, but it seems to me you intentionally chose to ignore the part of my post where I said many of these Indians cannot speak a word of English whatsoever.

Jerome, there is nothing to be ashamed about because English is not one of India's official languages.

It is okay that there are Indians who cannot speak a word of English.

In all of these immigrants living in the United States, there are many of them who still cannot speak a word of English even though they've been in U.S. for years.

There are many Puerto Ricans living in the U.S. who cannot speak a word of English at all, and yet, they are ALL American citizens.

My problem is that you seem to be criticizing Haitians for not speaking English because they are not educated or something.

And I am telling you that you have the wrong perception because the same goes for a lot of well educated immigrants living in U.S.
