My dear actually we both are wasting our own time you are frustuated cause you dont know how to get it from DRC.
Instead of sitting in FL and waiting for preval to call you i suggest you to come here stay here see everything and work accordingly.

I am niether a politician nor interested in getting this contract what my concern is i want to see Haiti clean before the rainy season strats.

I dont care if ashbritt get it or DRC get or anyother company.Hope you understand my concern now.
