The issue is not that Haitians don't speak French; it is that the last two generation of governments have completely failed to educate Haitians on any level.

French is just one area that Haitians are not educated in. Our people have been led by other people that have no concept of education, which is a concept that only people with pride and dignity understand.

One has to be proud of one's nation to want to improve the level of all its citizens.

Haiti for the past two generations has had an elite which is devoid of all social consciousness, and a government full of people who are, first intellectually deficient than greedy beyond any level of decency.
