I don't think the haitians are the most incompetent and mediocre poeple by the fact they elected Preval for president.

Because the presidents wich preceeded Preval did neither nothing for the country.

The incompetency and the mediocrity of the haitian poeple reside merely in the fact they keep staying african.

The problem of Haiti is the haitians their selves.

What has done haitian for Haiti?

More than 200 years of independance, the one thing in wich you are good is thighting for the power.

This character is typical to Afrian poeple.

Mr. Tiba, if you can change, you should accept this!
