Mr. Barreau, this man that you r writing to does not have the mental ability to do what u are asking him to. He is a coward, a spineless fraud, with no honor or dignity.

He does not know how to do the right thing and therefore he will not. I understand that his father might have been an honorable citizen, but Preval is nothing but a gutless swine.

If his father was an honorable man, Preval est essentiellment mal appris.

A man like that, who has no self respect, no dignity, who is a coward and has the intelligence of an ass, is not able to understand your plea for responsible behavior.
