This is just another racket POUR DETROUSSER LA DIASPORA.

If you're serious about "reinstating" Haitian citizenship, make simple and fast: any Haitian-born person needs to show up with any old Haitian document (passport, birth certificate, extrait des Archives, baptismal paper, property ownership papers) with 2 passport pictures at any Haitian consulate, pay the passport fee and get a passport

The foreign-born children of Haitian nationals are also Haitian according to the current Haitian cinstitution.

So they too just have to show up with their parents' papers, two passport pictures and pay a fee, get a Haitian passport to their names.

END OF STORY!

This will cut back the bureaucracy, and enable the diaspora to put money immediately in the hands of fellow Haitians in Haiti; not in the pockets of corrupt officials.

For the fake "nationalism" of crooks like the joker who came up with these Conditions For Reinstatement of HaitianCitizenship, these same people never hesitate to SELL HAITIAN DOCUMENTS to others who have absolutely nothing to do with Haiti like the Arabs, while twisting the arms of real Haitian.
