I come to the conclusion that the Haitian diaspora should slap the Haitian constipation (oops! I meant the Haitian constitution) and all of its authors with a class action law suit to have forced him into exile, to have forcefully kicked them out of their country, and for killing hundreds of thousand of innoncent Haitian citizens.

The Haitian diaspora should sue the constitution and its authors for failing to protect them from tirany, dictatorship, totalitarian, and authoritarian governments.
