You are haiti's problem, people like you, dreamers, can't even smell a dead body in their own home, they live with it for so long, they get used to the smell.

Haiti Constitution, i wont even clean my ass with it. You idiots hide behind a stupid constitution to fool your poor citizens who dont even understand the bull crap. Enough with that independance crap, how can you call yourself independent when you are begging foreign countries for money.

No one will ever occupy the damn place cause its too much headache to deal with. Change starts from the top. if Haiti wants to change they need to use martial law. You break the law, we will hang you, you steal money from the government we will hang you. Haiti needs to prosecute their past leaders, to remind them and the future generation that corruption and violence will not and will never be tolerated again on their soil. That's why Hooligans like Aristid, Cedras, Duvalier think they still can come back to steal more.
