Mr. Charles Riviera, before you issue a challenge, it is absolutely wise to take the necessary time and read my comment and make sure you understand exactly what it is I have said. I specifically said I READ AN ARTICLE THAT SAYS THE HAITIAN DIASPORA SENT X AMOUNT OF MONEY.

1.You said "The Haitian diaspora do not use conventional channels or means to send money to Haiti".

Of course it does have you ever heard of CAM, Unitransfer, and Western Union.

2. I Specifically said the Haitian diaspora sent over a billion dollars to Haiti, meaning family and friends.

How much clearer do I need to be. Where did you see me say the Haitian diaspora sent money to the Haitian government.

3. You said those who sends money are less educated.

What does education have to do with sending money to Haiti.
