You've asked "How do we, without violence, get rid of those imbeciles who are now part of his government?"

It is very easy to do. We need to give the Haitian people more credit than that. The people need to take the streets and force him to resign.

People taking the streets in protest doesn't mean that it has to turn in violence.

Haitian people is capable to protest peacefully against the gorvernment to get them out of office.

Whatever happened to the big protest that was scheduled to take place last week or 2 weeks ago?
