"I saw Preval weeping today and for the first time I felt for the man. I hope he does what is best for the country from now on to the best of his ability" (Zac).

C'mon, man! you know better than that! Preval was crying because he was drunk.

This is the typical characteristic of alcoholics, when they have too much to drink they cry. For women, they cannot stop laughing when they are drunk.

Preval was not crying out of emotion, guilt, shame, and concerns.
