Keep me posted on any progress you make as we may be able to work together.

We are intested to form a military school in Haiti to help Haiti have a military and Air Force again not just a police department.

We are involved in a government-in-exile in the Middle East and in due time may be in a position to help Haiti in form of oil grants, etc. We are interested to work with you so keep us posted at: rkgs141 at yahoo.com with progress you are making.
