O.K., I will follow your advice.

Who then should I support?

I am associated with a government-in-exile in the Middle East which in due time could benefit Haiti in form of oil grants, etc. In meantime, until U.S. government comes to their senses, we are bidding our time. I am interested to help Haiti by forming a military school as I attended them myself and our Statesecretariat is a teacher in Turkey and he too is interested to work in Haiti in the school.

We would need government support as we want to see Haiti have a military not just a police force and want to see Haiti once again have an Air Force.

Use your contacts with the existing government or whoever you think are the proper people to work with to get us involved in helping to make Haiti a great nation and keep me posted on your recommendations.
