I feel that you uderstand very well the God-Playing game, but we have no proof to back it up. Remember this:"Some people in the U.S. argue that the imperial power wanted its 47,500 of its citizens back to its country and Haiti ended up paying the price." The power will attack them wherever they go to hide if they refuse to die in those nursing homes created for them. Others argue that there is no such thing for an American citizen to go live outside of the United States to enjoy retirement benefits...the imperial power will go behind them...
