I don't know where you got these information but they are not right.

I'm not going to say much on you topic but one thing you must know that we would really be the worst educated country in the world if only 17% of our people spoke french when the literacy of Haiti despite what the world is saying is 71%.

Wow, do the research right and accurate before posting.
