Haiti Must Change For All This Time

I am calling all Haitians of Goodwill to call for drastic reforms so we can return to our motherland.

The administration of Haiti must leave after the end of Preval's term. A new provisional government should take over to manage Haiti's economic resources before we install a new government.

We will create an Office of Government Acountability to replace the Cour Superieure Des Comptes.

We will create a Council of All Former Haitian Presidents, for we have more former presidents outside of the country than any other countries in the world.

We will create National Association of Elders to be watchdogs and wistleblowers against Corruption.

We will create a National Youth Association to supervise certain offices against fraud.

We will downsize the Haitian government and we will give money to private contractors to create jobs on behalf of all Haitians.

We will have 95% of jobs coming from the private sectors and we will only rehire 5% of public employees.

In the new Haiti, there will be no room for crooks...
