Antonio, I have no problem with all mulattoes and not all mulattoes are crooks, but the ones that are managing the current Haitian administration for over 206 years are the worst ones to deal with. Antonio, you are a good mulatto that wants changes for Haiti and I believe that you will not admire dark skinned or light skinned Haitians who keep doing money laundering within the Haitian administration.

It is not a question of a race issue, but it is a question of a colonial heritage of mulatto administrators versus dark skinned at lower level positions within the Haitian administration that keeps tarnish the Haitian reputation overseas and in Haiti as well.

Mulattoes are rich people and they do not need to hold all administrative and executive level positions to control the political power.

We want to change that for real and come up with a balanced government with qualified mulattoes and dark skinned Haitians for a better Haiti.

I believe that you will agree with that the Haitian Administration needs to be changed.

We have some crook dark skinned Haitians that must go too, but we must point out the problem and solve it. This time we will come up with another Haiti that will be good for you and I and all.

Haitians will be respected in Haiti and overseas.

To conclude, I am not for the killing of mulattoes in Haiti.

I am advocating a new administration and a new social basis contract that will serve all. Listen, Duvalier was a black puppet president and although the mulatto CEOs had conferred all political powers to him. He was a criminal too. Aristide was one of them too, he was a black puppet president with political power and no real administrative power.

Only mulatto presidents throughout Haitian history had political and administrative power.

The Grande Bourgeoisie of Haiti gets control of the country through mulattoes' management as administrators within all Haitian institutions.

We must change the state of Haiti this time and I am not only calling for regime change.

It should be regime change at all levels such as social, administrative and political as well. We will bring a new social contract in Haiti where "Tout moun se moun, mulattoes and including all dark skinned Haitians.

We will have a good Haiti with all Haitians as brothers and sisters, but the current administration will go down. You and I will enjoy good quality of life in Haiti and we will not live in exile anymore.

Don't you know all good mulattoes that stood and continue to stand for change are living in exile like you and I?

Anthonio, try to understand my viewpoints and it is not a race issue.

The current mulatto administrators of Haiti are no good and we must replace them by competent mulattoes and dark skinned Haitians to bring sanity to Haiti.

Those crooks must be out of all Haitian public institutions for real. We do not want reforms like Rwanda and Cuba, but we need progressive social reforms to take place to make all Haitians become good Haitians and happy inside their own country.
