What we need first

We need to have a plan to first provide the people with the following:
1) Food and clear water,
2) Electricity.

The food has to come from our soil ( Dig wells and around the wells trees will grow and gardens can produce vegetables)
3) Education with librairies at the kindergaten level and up.
4) Roads (and road maintenance)
5)Forestation: ( without it we are back to square one; Just like we never learn anything.

Note in America when something like this happened we tried to prevent it from appening again) PLEASE TAKE NOTE. I AM HAITAIN AMRICAN AND I LOVE HAITI
