Mabe so! I have sent email to GA. Tech which is engineering university my father went there on football scholarship and was later professor (he is now deceased but the school records show him as football star and professor) and ask GA. Tech engineering school to assist in designing new earthquake proof builings and we have a local aviation univsersity (Embry Riddle University--google EARU) and I ask them instead of collecting can goods for Haiti they contact GA. Tech and offer to help to fly in the engineering students and their instructors.

One of past mistakes in causing so many buildings to collapse, other than fact they were not designed to stand up against earthquake, was that too much sand was used in mixing concrete to make it go further and I have expalained that to them so if they help in rebuilding they will know to keep an eye out for only good quality concrete being used in rebuilding process
