US Military base!

A US Military extension base should be placed In Mole St Nicolas and the East Coast of Haiti to get control of the Carribean areas which could be served as a bridge for air and sea traffic where the terrorists could conduct attacks againts the United States.Venezuela, Cuba,Russia, and all others terrorists Countries could use the Canal of panama which is an International water to enter to those Countries that I just mention.

We got to be very careful.
