Hi Mr. Lucas although well informed, you are stating the obvious.

Nine Principles of Development as outlined by Andrew Natsios who is a neo-colonialist are unadaptable to Haiti.

The diaspora certainly can come up with its own plan but there is no need to propose it to the Haitian government now or later.

Government is not the answer.

The main thing the Haitian Diaspora needs to do is to come with a plan to cause the remittances to flow in the money supply in Haiti - a method to insure private banks lend out money to Haitian investors.
