Dear Sir,

I am not that surprised that France could owe you 10 million (Euros ?).

France owe a lot of money, could be to it's own citizens.

France owes me 3 years wage, as from beeing sick in the Navy. Not only I was sick, physically and legally unable to work, but on top of that, I was forced to remain in France ( which is opposing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Paris, 1948), not free to move to a cheaper country, would it be in the EU, but I was getting NO MONEY at all. The Codes state, that would a dispute of that sort to arise, I am to be paid on the status of beeing sick. Eventually, on the latest, from the "special funds" of the Navy, allocated in emergency situation.

It would have taken 7 years thru the tribunals for the case to be judged.

It was judged on January 21st, 2010, but the decision to be delivered 1 or 2 months later...

Last year, the Finance Administration, had me paid twice for my income tax. Once they were cashing in the check I mailed them via UPS. Second, they were just sucking off the same amount from my bank account in France, without any power signed up from me or whatsoever, completely non legal.

The french Penal Code, when enforced, should punish with 7 years jail, and 750 000 Euros fine. No bail out. Art. 313-2 Code Penal francais.

I disputed: no way. Today I am sending the file (90 pages) to the Prime Minister.

It's 90 pages on that file, but I could write you 9000 pages of the same ink, throughout my life. What do you think, France, REALLY is?

It has been shown on the cover page of "TIME Magazine", as "France, a banana Republic?".

TIME Magazine has never been sued, on that matter...

Dear Sir, I wish you good luck with my beautiful country, where I donot live any more for 5 years, and intend to never come back.
Indeed, as you know, your success is mainly linked with your ability to call for the medias.

When beeing put under the flood lights, France always wants to show a perfect make up, even did not change underwear for 1 month...

Best regards.
