Jean Baptiste you are right in your comment, I think we have better subject to debate about that question people's intellectuality.
If we look at couple decade passed our country has been destroyed mainly by what so called intellectuel, from all general in the ex-haitian army all of them were schooled in the well known university in the usa, canada france and others...
best subject to debate now is: How to sell our history and culture internationally?
what is the best way to prevent people from trashing the street in haiti?
what is the best way to stop kidnapping haiti?
what is the best way to promote tourism in haiti?
what is the best way to reverse the stereotype others coutries try to fabricate against haitian?
I think all of you commenting on the net seem to be very intelligent people keep changing ideas for the good of haiti that I love dearly.
