Mulattoes' self-internal colonization was worst than the French colonization, for it carried with it mental enslavement.

Haitian presidents acted always as puppet presidents since 1807 and they are always the ones to blame for mulattoes' corruption within the Haitian administration.

Mulattoes held before the earthquake all executive level positions in all Haiti's public institutions.

Now, it is the time to let the educated dark skinned run the HAITIAN administration as chef personnels, chefs de services, directeurs and expert accountants as CEOs of the new administration.

We must rehire qualified Haitians to perform those functions in order to end the mulattoes' administration well established since 1807...It is the time to end mulattoes' self-internal colonization against 97% of dark skinned HAITIANS.
