When it's all settled, Rene Preval will have to explain to countless of parents, kids, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, husbands and wives his decision to dump the bodies of their loved ones in throughs bayacou-style, instead of evacuating Port-au-Prince in order to treat the cadavres with the proper respects.
