keep the donation away from Preval and his gov

Seeing how Preval and his administration have mishandled aids given to Haiti in the past I think we should focus on helping the Haitian people for now with food water and a place to stay, the bulk of the money should be kept away from Preval's reach.

The man is the perfect definition of the word incompetent, we need to make sure we elect a competent president in the coming election, a president who truly loves the country, wants the best for the country and knows how to lead it. At which time the international should release the rest of the money that is being collected now to the new elected president to help develop the country.

People I know we have reasons to be sad but now is also the time for us to be vigilant and keep a watchful eye on Preval and his administration if we let him waste this money the international community will for sure walk away from Haiti.
