The doublure administration is the fact that you have so-called mulattoes' experts working at all levels in our public institutions.

They are the Chef Personnels, Chef Services, Managers, Expert Accountants, and in one word they are the managers of our public institutions.

The Haitian economic system fails because they are bad managers.

They are inside of those institutions to back up the Chamber of Commerce (The Most Repugnant Elites of Haiti) by diverting money out of the system through a sort of systemic corruption.

Open your eyes and understand the Blame-Game Accusation.

All the former presidents and prime ministers were victims of this corrupted system.

For instance, when you enter a public office, you will see some dark skinned people in the front to let you know that dark skinned people are managing the system, but when you walk in all the executive positions are filled by mulattoes.

They are the managers of our political administration and if they were good the system would not fail. That is why we have a racketeerian system with all those lobbyists preventing drastic changes to occur in this country.

We have 3% of mulattoes in this country and only 1% of them wants changes for Haiti.

I spoke with their children in U.S. universities and Canada as well, but they said that their parents do not have the economic power like the two percent to implement real reforms in Haiti.

You are sweating now and the truth is bothering you now, but we will get there, for change is on its way...
