Rene Preval is not reponsible for corruption

Rene is a good president and he would love to see his country prospere.

He is not responsible for corruption and Haitian's sufferings as well. The Administration of doublure left by former president Petion is reponsible for corruption and money laundering in Haiti.

It is time to kick out all the corrupted mulattos in all executive levels of the Haitian's administration and from there we will end the mulattos'administration reign in Haiti.

All those corrupted technocrats that are working under the garments must leave.

For a solid reform, the new Haitian president should terminate employments of all public employees and create a hiring commission to rehire qualified candidates to work within Haiti's public institutions.

All executive levels within the Haitian's administration are being held by the mulattos.

For instance, when you enter a public bank, you will see some dark skin cashiers to show that the dark skin people are in charge, but when you walk inside on the first floor all those executive directors are mulattos, the so-called experts to drain and divert all Haitian resources and mostly all the former presidents were victims of their corruption.

All our former presidents were victims of the mulattos' doublure administration and we must end it. For a new reform to occur we must end the mulattos' doublure administration.

If Dessalines were alive he would be very disappointed of that doublure administration left by Petion.

The latter was responsible for poisoning Dessalines and faking his death by a sort of Pont-Rouge's assassination.

Petion was responsible for Dessalines' death as a criminal to implement the mulattos' rules in Haiti.

It is time for all Haitian to call for a solid reform to end the doublure administration by driving out all those mulattos in those executive public positions.

Under the doublure administration, we have two kinds of Haiti.

One Haiti for the rich that is located in the mountains and another Haiti for the poor along the coast line cities' areas.

We must end that filibuster lifestyle that is draining Haiti's money and economic resources.

It is a belief shared by all the mulattos that they are better and like Nancy Rock calls it "Bel Moune Mele ak Moun Fou,"and they should rule over all dark skinned people.

Those technocrats within the doublure administration perceive Haiti as a colony for them and they should drain Haiti's resources till the end. The new president should terminate all public employments and start all over by hiring qualified people to work within all Haiti's public institutions.

The new president should reduce the size of the government and finance other contractors to create jobs on behalf of all Haitian citizens.

This time "Bel Moune ap Mele ak Moun Fou" for real and corruption will stop. The new president should allow all former presidents to return to Haiti, for they were all victims of the mulattos' doublure administration left by Petion to tarnish Haiti's political and economic reputation worldwide.

The new president should create a committee of unity and reconciliation to allow the former presidents to return.

All former presidents starting with Jean Claude Duvalier, Henry Namphy, Prosper Avril, Cedras, Ertha P. Trouillot, and Aristide just to name a few should return without conditions or judgments whatsoever, for they were all victims of that corrupted doublure administration left by Petion.

The beliefs that dark skin Haitians are uneducated because they speak creole and the mulattos are the most intelligent and educated people because they are fluent in French must come to an end. The new President must create a decree to consider the Haitian Creole as the official language of Haiti and consider all other languages as second languages.

We are excluded of the Francophone countries' Association because we do not have 70% of Haitians speaking French after 206 years of independence.

What a shame, and the mulattos so-called the Colored Frenchmen of Haiti to credit Price Mars are responsible for the high illiteracy rate that we have in Haiti.

They made the school so difficult that Haitians can barely speak creole just to keep people in underdevelopment situation to enrich themselves.

Those idiots consider the dark skinned people as inferior and they want to keep all educated Haitians in exile.

If we do not end this doublure administration we will stll have kidnapping and most of the kidnappers are working on their behalf.

The security forces of Haiti exist to protect their wealth and their lifes in the mountains.

Bad Haiti's images do not concern mulattos and they are pleased by them, for Haiti is a colony for them. We must end the mulattos' doublure administration if we want real reform to occur in Haiti.

As I said earlier Preval is not responsible for corruption and stealing within the public institutions, but the admistration of doublure is. We must end this administration to liberate Haiti and we must ask for the return of all former presidents and political Asylees as well. There is hope and Haiti can be better and we will have a Haiti for all mulattos as well as for the dark skinned people.

Some Haitians in the Diaspora call for a solution like the Rwanda's massacre or Castro's Revolution to end corruption in Haiti, but as I suggest it we can avoid all that by ending the doublure administration with all the corrupted mulattos working under the garments at all executive levels to steal and corrupt anyone within all Haiti's institutions.

Preval is not responsible for sufferings and misery of all Haitian people, but the doublure administration is...
